Broccoli Rabe with Spicy Crumbs
      serves 4
      
        Ingredients
        
            - 1 lb broccoli rabe
 
            - 1 cl garlic, minced
 
            - 1 C	panko bread crumbs
 
            - 1/4 C olive oil
 
            - 2 T	Dijon mustard
 
        
       
      
        Instructions
        
            - Pulse the garlic with the bread crumbs in a food processor to combine, then toast in a skillet with the olive oil.
 
            - Toss the broccoli with oil, salt and pepper, then roast at 425 until tender and browned in spots.
 
            - Spread the mustard on one side of the broccoli, press into the bread crumbs.
 
            - Plate and serve
