Broccoli Rabe with Spicy Crumbs
serves 4

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Pulse the garlic with the bread crumbs in a food processor to combine, then toast in a skillet with the olive oil.
  2. Toss the broccoli with oil, salt and pepper, then roast at 425 until tender and browned in spots.
  3. Spread the mustard on one side of the broccoli, press into the bread crumbs.
  4. Plate and serve
